Tomato soup so creamy and flavorful😊 These were some very yummy meals we had at Rebel Cheese in Austin My partner and I tried each other's sandwiches and the dessert carrot cake was just perfect 😋😋 Definitely recommend

You guessed it, this was another Vegandale treasure. Rebel Cheese has the most insane vegan chz I’ve ever enjoyed. They utilize the same processes as the dairy industry, which I didn’t know much about, but they talked to us a bit about cave aging! This cup included brie, a tomato and herb fromage, and a colby jack I believe? Tomato, olive, grape, blackberry, fig, pickle, & crackers. Their shop in Austin, TX also has vegan deli & wine, I’m sure a full tasting experience would be such a pleasure :) *I’m not sure what the chz is made of so I wasn’t sure how to rate nutrition!

chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a pretzel bun - so good!! 🤤🤤 very meaty and the cheesiness was the best part for me. also chose the side of pesto pasta which was just alright though

This was a truly fantastic breakfast sandwich! Salty, meaty, cheesy and that pretzel bun puts it over the top for me! Get it. Do it!

I hope this special sticks around, it’s my new favorite sandwich! Pro-tip: get on ciabatta instead. So good! Comes with a side and the tomato basil soup for ~$15. You’ll want to eat it all - promise- but it is enough for me to save 1/2.
