These are fun big wraps. They're perfect for making salads a bit more fun. Anytime I want to eat more raw veggies, I'm drawn more towards wraps than just salads. In this wrap, I put falafel, lettuce, tomato, Trader Joe's vegan feta, tzatziki, and green goddess. The wraps do have a bit of their own flavor, but it's nothing too distinct or strong. It allows the flavor of the fillings to come through appropriately. I also just love the green color.
