I did not expect this #popiah #salad cups to be served this way; I was expecting something like kueh pie tee, haha!

This dish has everything you’d expect to see in a popiah wrap; julienned #bamboo shoot and #turnip poached with #soya bean paste served on a lettuce leaf ‘cup’, then topped with fried #tofu and a side of #chilli #sauce and sweet fruit sauce for dipping. It’s really delicious, too bad it’s the only dish on their plant-based menu that I enjoyed.
