Saigon - a creation by Bjorn Shen, the owner and chef of Artichoke. This dish consists of Vietnamese bun noodles, fresh herbs, lemongrass tofu, fish-free nouc cham, pickled vegetables and peanut. When mixed together, the flavours are great! Love the lemongrass tofu and the freshness from the herbs and vegetables.
