Satisfies a craving. Doesn’t feel gross eating, not overdrenched in sauce. Right amount of flavour. Wish there were more leafy greens 🥬 though. I wouldn’t mind paying more for those. Overall pretty alright for a lunch meal, instead of salad.

New bowl at Bamboo Bowls! A contemporary Obanzai consisting of Japanese brown rice with roasted sesame and nori flakes, osyter mushrooms, daikon, tofu and pickles. To veganise it, opt to remove the ramen egg. Overall, it has a clean tasting without being blend. Good size portion. Love the mushrooms. Price: $10 #nuseats

It’s like sichuan Chili oil noodles which is quite spicy and the sliced cucumbers are pretty refreshing to calm your palate, love this place and will be back for more! 💚💚💚

Saigon - a creation by Bjorn Shen, the owner and chef of Artichoke. This dish consists of Vietnamese bun noodles, fresh herbs, lemongrass tofu, fish-free nouc cham, pickled vegetables and peanut. When mixed together, the flavours are great! Love the lemongrass tofu and the freshness from the herbs and vegetables. Paid: $10

This dish consists of red coconut curry made with vegan ‘shrimp’ paste, brown rice, butternut squash, cashews and spiced mushrooms. The red coconut curry was creamy and it went well with the brown rice. Good chunks of oyster mushrooms given here. Felt that it lacked the flavours of a Thai dish. Paid: $10

Sichuan consists of la mian noodles, black vinegar and chilli mushrooms, spiced plant based mince, chilli pepper and fresh vegetables. This dish was flavourful and delicious. Vegetables were fresh. Noodles tend to clump together though. Not overly oily or spicy. Paid: $10
