While this looks like 💩 it tasted delicious #ethiopianfood the injera (pancake at the bottom) is well fermented and thus slightly sour. It’s topped with all kinds of stews, some salad, rice, potatoes and more. My favorite was the spinach stew. You eat it with your hands by taking a piece of injera and scooping up some of the dish you want. Then you simply eat it. So yummy and unique.
