Polenta taragna de Polenta Valsugana — Reseña de Valentina (2 ene 2023)

Classic Italian winter dish, polenta is vegan by default 😄 this one is taragna, so made with corn flour and buckwheat . It’s pre-cooked, so ready in about 15 mins overall. I had it with this mix of mushrooms, chickpeas and walnuts, and plenty of margarine. #polenta #polentataragna
