I couldn't find these for a while, but I'm glad they're back at Aldi! These are some of my favorite vegan chicken patties. They maintain moisture well when cooked and I like the fibrous texture of the inside. It's great for topping salad, pasta, or making a sandwich! It's also great that they use no plastic in the packaging.
