This is the zestiest fake pork rind I’ve ever had, in a good way. I like calling them “vegetarian chicharon” more than “fake pork rind” … made me feel fancy. Maybe they’re big in the Philippines , which is from where they hail. Photo 6 portrays a giant canary who beckons you to dispose of these puffed rectangles of #greenpeas in the trash if you don’t like them. But I ate all of them, no problem
