Review of Baklava at Kind Kones Paragon by akanksha-r

A unique flavour profile in this innovative new offering - there's a wonderful variety of textures and mouthfeel. Smooth icecream punctuated by chunks of crunchy pistachios, walnuts and bits of filo pastry. I enjoyed it - not quite enough to be tempted to buy a whole pint of it, but it's great as a dessert.
