Review of Mixed Roots Vegetable fries - Strong Roots by janxr

Delicious fries made with carrots, parsnips & beetroot in a light rice flour batter - I love the mix of tastes of the different veg (& the colours!🌈) in these & they make a great (& probably healthier) change from regular fries/chips. 🥕🍟
Not surprisingly though they're more expensive at ~£3/500g but currently on offer at Tesco for £2.30. 💰
