Phở Chay en Red Sparrow — Reseña de germainew (16 abr 2021)

Already veganised. It says vegetarian on the menu, but since there is no dairy (as is with many south east asian / asian dishes), no egg, no fish sauce, it is vegan. Nice sour tangy taste from the tamarind. Perfect for cold rainy days
