Overall pretty tasty, although the tofu could have more flavour (supposed to be lemongrass but don’t taste much of that). I prefer the vegetarian pho over this but still enjoyed it!

The soup was surprisingly rich in flavour 👍🏼 A lot of vegetables in the bowl too. Overall satisfying even though it’s a little pricey.

Crispy “crepe” with stir-fried veggies inside. The veggies are the same with the ones in the pho - so I wouldn’t order these two dishes together again.

This is not completely 100% vegan because the flour used to make the pancake already contains egg. However, the filling within the pancake is plant-based (ie: veggies and beansprouts). Restaurant is unable to veganise it due to the flour used to make the pancake.

Already veganised. It says vegetarian on the menu, but since there is no dairy (as is with many south east asian / asian dishes), no egg, no fish sauce, it is vegan. Nice sour tangy taste from the tamarind. Perfect for cold rainy days

Their Pho Chay is light and refreshing. Nice for a change to try pho that is not super tasty nor overly salty. But as someone who does enjoy my food tasty, I likely would not have this as often😆 ambience of the restaurant is nice though.
