Review of Italian sausage - No Evil Foods by unejanie

I was pleasantly surprised. The first one I made into a sandwich with onions and cheese. I like the spices.  I don't use a lot of vegan prepared meat substitutes but it was a great sale. I probably would not pay full price for it but I definitely enjoyed it. The packaging was more earth friendly than most and it was easy to freeze unused portions.
