This dish is made up of southern fried seitan, lettuce, tomato, onions, chipotle mayo on a pretzel bun. I was super excited to try this place for the first time, but I was disappointed With this sandwich. The Seitan was very rubbery and chewy and quite frankly hard to bite into. I was expecting that mayo to be a little spicier but it was kind of bland. I would not order this item again nor can I recommend it.
