Review of Minced - Naturli' by yourlocalvegan
We used this pea-based mince to make spaghetti bolognese, and it worked really well. The mince broke up easily in cooking, and had a good soft texture when it was done. It didn’t hold its form much, but it worked well because we made the bolognese with lentils and grated carrot and courgette as well. It doesn’t have much flavour on its own but with added seasoning it’s great. I’m not normally a big fan of imitation meat products, but I would definitely have this again. The 400g packet was £3 in Sainsbury’s which is quite a lot, but it’s worth it and from a good company.
