(The middle one in the picture) Sushi made with marinated carrots with goma ponzu sauce, peanut sauce, togarashi spices, avocado, chinese cabbage, daikon & red cabbage wrapped in black quinoa and rice. So full of flavour! Also love the funny name (Carrots+Roots)🤪 #veganuary
