Oatmeal Mushrooms en Green on Earth Vegetarian Cafe — Reseña de Wai Sum (15 nov 2020)

An amazing vegan version of cereal butter prawns made with deep fried oyster shrooms tossed in crunchy oats. Lovely fragrance from the curry leaves and a little spicy kick from the chilli. Definitely a zi char classic that I’ve missed! Cleaned out the entire plate, not even a single crumb of toasted oatmeal was left lol.
