Stunning. I admire Happy Maki so much, all of their sushi burritos are delicious and they offer a 'pay as you feel' system which means if you're struggling for money, you can still go in and get healthy nutritious food for super cheap! This is my new favourite sushi burrito, the cauliflower tempura pops off with the coconut rice and other lovely veggies 🥑🥥🌶
