Have tried many variations of this bowl now, my favourite add ons are sesame chicken, tofu, nori, peanuts and satay sauce. Happy Maki is such a hidden gem on the North Laine. #vegansushi

We got the Beet & Basil burrito, Thai Sweet Potato burrito and stuffed tofu pockets. They were all delicious! My favourite was the Sweet Potato Roll.

I ordered this because I wasn’t in the mood for a mock meat, so I thought this would be the best option. The Thai flavour was beautiful and overall the roll was really delicious and filling. I wish they added more sauce as towards the end it started to fade out.

Chuffed that happy maki were also at blue dot festival so I got to try another one of their wonderful sushi burritos! The duck was delicious, quite chewy but the texture complimented the crunchy cucumber well with the perfect amount of hoisin sauce too

Wow this was brilliant, I love the idea who wouldn’t want a giant sushi roll💖 This one really was fully loaded, with fresh crunchy veggies, crispy chicken and sweet potato. All the flavours complimented each other so well and it was brought perfectly together with teriyaki sauce

This was a lovely fresh, healthy and interesting meal to have mid festival. Once again pleased to see some fun bean curd alternative to mock duck. The beancurd was crispy and chewy. Priced at £9 but so was everything at the festival. A good one for a walk around meal.
