NOTE: you must ask for the vegan version of this dish ( they will leave out the yogurt) but trust me you will not miss a thing. This is a fantastic dish! It is filled with eggplant and tomato sauces and pita chips and topped with any amazing tahini topping and pine nuts and more pita chips. It is well with the visit to this charming restaurant.
