This consisted of spiced blue corn chips, amazing house-made thick and smoky cheese sauce, seasoned jackfruit, 5 bean chili with sweet potatoes, sweet mini-peppers, baby spinach, green and purple cabbage, topped with sweet corn, peptitas, hemp seeds, grape tomatoes, and avocado. This is enormous! Plenty for two people!
