One of the most amazing meals I’ve ever had! A full, large sweet potato is at the heart of it. But there’s so much more! The ingredients include: a bed of tri-colored quinoa, amaranth, long-grain brown rice, colucari red rice, chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet onions, coconut cream, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, pink Himalayan sea salt, turmeric, chili flakes, pepitas, rosemary, and hemp seeds. An absolute tour de force! I also enjoy the menu listing pro-vegan documentaries. 🍠 🎥

This was thick and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness, the mix of tropical and fruity flavors was wonderfully refreshing. As with all their shakes, this is one you can feel good about enjoying. They are made with a mix of almond and coconut milks plus 25 grams of pea/rice protein and an abundance of vitamins and minerals. #saveveganrestaurants
