Beet Medallions With Whipped Potatoes en fig + farro — Reseña de Iszy (9 abr 2020)

This was first introduced in a smaller portion during a wine tasting event. I'm not a huge beet fan but I loved this dish. The potatoes are great with the herbs and beans.
