Vegan tan tan ramen en Neko Neko — Reseña de Kai (20 ago 2019)

Creamy umami broth, personally felt it was quite salty but still was able to drink it spoon after spoon as it was really yummy and it has been a long time since I had a bowl of ramen. Love the soy meat in it - texture similar to pork mince. A selection of vegetables on top were perfect with the noodles and broth as well.
