The soup base is rich, flavorful (a bit saltier than I’d prefer, but still very delicious), full of toppings and the pickled red cabbage is very unique. Love the soy meat in it - texture similar to pork mince. A selection of vegetables on top were perfect with the noodles and broth as well.Vegan tan tan ramen
