Caramel biscoff cheesecake with toffee sauce

I wouldn't have thought the cheesecake was vegan! The coconut filling is so smooth and delicious, combined with fresh banana and the toffee sauce-absolutely divine! You have to try it yourself!

Lentil and Chickpea Quesadilla

Delicious beetroot and chia seed wrap with gooey cheese alternative produced from coconut oil, rocket and salad one the side. Really enjoyed this meal. Was part of the lunch menu and was really nice change to the usual houmous option!
