Unfortunately it isn't in a stone earthenware, but I guess that helps to reduce the oil needed. Mix of fresh and cooked ingredients, on top of brown rice. So it's an interesting flavour for me (positively!) Also like how there are many fresh vegetables in the meal, on top of brown rice. I like how there is minimal oil used (theorectically popiah doesn't need much oil unless the owner choose to cook the fillings in oil..), and the price is largely justified by the larger than normal size, and organic ingredients (well...
