However, the other fillings such as sweetcorn, sweet potato and others may be underwhelming as it doesn’t fit the dish so well. presentation wise it’s good, and definitely love the ambiance of the restaurant. The menu included a starter, 3 cold dishes, 3 hot mains and dessert, all very tasty. I have been to a few other champagne brunches in Singapore which were a waste of money for vegans (Lavo for example), but Skai was probably the best so far, for the amount of food and quality.
