Sorry for the bad photo, I was trying to feature more of the veg than the soup. Haha.
I'm glad I tried the lei cha fan at Pine Tree. I think the soup is much more flavourful than a couple of other places I have tried before. I'm guessing they add an actual veg stock, instead of just hot water.
The several ingredients on the brown rice is pleasing to the eye, and my taste buds too. Fresh! The crispy thing fills like fried soy bean which is lightly salted.
The only thing I'd comment is the branch at Lucky Plaza takes cash only... sad.
