I have no higher praise for this, simply luscious 😋 I found this on the #breakfast menu at the club lounge rather than any of the restaurants, I really hope it's available elsewhere too because the world deserves vegan food of this incredible quality 😍 It actually arrives looking all prim and proper (2nd picture), but I thought a more fitting lead photo would be that of the #hotmess that it immediately disintegrates into ☺️ The #veganegg is the closest thing in terms of texture that I've had to the avian sort, and the flavour isn't all bad either. I was rushing off to a morning appointment or I would've stayed to ask the chef what the deal was 😅
The #caviar on top is almost entirely secondary, so impressive is the egg. The #muffin is toasted to a delightful crisp, and just in case this weren't enough for a #breakfastofchampions, you also get access to the buffet. I attach some pictures, the vegan #tamago (think #tofu) was a particular highlight 🤤 I paid $410 a night for the room (club lounge access is attached to my IHG loyalty status), and frankly the breakfast alone was worth about half of it in satisfaction points 😘
