Mainly made of konjac, although it does not have the taste of sea, but with soy sauce and wasabi, taste pretty interesting. Something novel, probably wouldnt get it often.

Beautifully carved and fully edible. The pumpkin was cooked and soft the inside is filled with vegetables such as crunchy peas, mushroom and lily bulbs.

红烧豆腐 or braised tofu was good. Big chunky tofu squares that has a crispy outer layer full of soya sauce gravy and white and wobbly when bitten. Delicious
