👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 This was so such a unique dish that was slightly nutty with an amazing bite and i love the slightly burnt taste from the clay pot. A little expensive but yeah i LOVE it 💚

2 large rolls of rice noodles, mushrooms, tofu, and lettuce wrapped in sticky stretchy rice paper skin. Quite a substantial portion, might be pretty filling! Would recommend this for sharing instead. Served with a sweet hoisin sauce topped with chopped peanuts. Personally would have preferred a more savoury peanut dip. Baguette with a mix of marinated shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, a few pieces of seitan 'meat', tangy pickled shredded vegetables, cut chilli, and cilantro. Also served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker and soya sauce. Alright but didn't leave a strong impression. Would have liked some vegan paté! (Not very clear regarding alliums. The menu mentioned onion, but the staff told me it was now allium-free and that the menu was outdated. Rice noodles with seitan 'meat' and fried tofu in semi-spicy vegan broth. More exciting than the Vegetarian Pho, would recommend this for people who prefer bolder flavours! Contained a good amount of vegetables including lady's finger, carrot, and bok choy. Also served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker on a bed of raw beansprouts. Previously I mentioned that the raw beansprouts didn't taste pleasant and also might not be safe to consume. My partner's solution this time was to chuck the raw beansprouts into the hot soup to 'cook' them haha. (Allium-free, $11.90) #sgvegan #vietnamese #veganoptions

Vietnamese claypot rice served with chewy braised mushrooms and crunchy lotus seeds with slightly charred rice. Pretty fragrant and tasty but lacking in ingredients. Would have liked some tofu/tempeh cubes and a bit of vegetables for a greater variety of ingredients (in particular one with soft texture) and also more balanced nutrition! Pho rice noodles in vegan broth with fried tofu, enoki mushrooms, lady's finger, broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, and carrot. No mock meat. A healthy dish with lots of blanched vegetables that were naturally slightly sweet and thankfully not too hard or undercooked. Served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker on a bed of raw beansprouts - not sure why raw beansprouts were served, as they didn't taste pleasant and thereafter I also found out that it might not be safe to consume raw beansprouts haha.
