Mushroom Noodle Salad

Yummy vegan noodle salad with pretty generous servings of mushrooms (i think there are two different types of mushrooms). The noodles are springy and garnished with peanuts. There’s some kind of savoury sauce but I’m not sure what it is. Not too oily, though.
