Looks like they used mushroom. A bit pricey but its worth it.

A bit pricey as it does not get any healthier than these greens.

veg tacos

The taco shells are terrible and way too hard.  The cashew cheese is beautiful and delicious.  Not worth it.  Order nachos instead.  The pumpkin soup is very nice
