Refreshing and tasty ice cream in Ho Chi Minh City available at mangs vegan restaurant on nguyen hue walking street Im so glad I found this because it seems thanh glado is no longer a place and this is the only vegan ice cream Ive found so far and it is quite delicious

Very tasty dish! The fennel balls had a light to medium density, and were very flavorful! Served with brown rice, sauteed green onion, and bitter melon (?), as well as a brothy onion soup and spicy soy sauce on the side. This has been one of my favorite meals I have had so far on this trip, and is a real gem of a restaurant. Fyi: suspected peanut crumbles on top of the rice, so warning for those with peanut allergy.

Amazing! Tomato sauce was light and flavorful, and had chunks of tomato in it (vs a pasta type sauce). The vegan balls had a medium density, and a flavor we couldn't quite pick out, but very tasty! It was nice to have a brown rice option. Served with green onions on the side, as well as a light broth onion soup, and spicy soy sauce. Overall a very delightful restaurant with fast service, and great menu selection. Fyi: suspected peanut crumbles on top of the rice, so warning for those with peanut allergy.

One more delicious Vietnamese warming soup! Rice noodles, plenty of mushroom, and mock Vietnamese paté in a subtle ginger broth. The bowl was topped with chopped salad which brought a nice green kick to the dish. Loved it all! Though I think I would have enjoyed it even more if the noodles were the larger type. For 80k Vietnamese dong, I would have willingly had this again had I stayed longer in Saigon!!

Warm and cozy place to dine in. Everything is really neat and tidy. Love how the owner decorated the restaurant. Love this drink by its color, the sweetness is quite strong to me, this is made in advanced, hence you can't adjust it... But it's nice overall.
