One more delicious Vietnamese warming soup! Rice noodles, plenty of mushroom, and mock Vietnamese paté in a subtle ginger broth. The bowl was topped with chopped salad which brought a nice green kick to the dish. Loved it all! Though I think I would have enjoyed it even more if the noodles were the larger type. For 80k Vietnamese dong, I would have willingly had this again had I stayed longer in Saigon!!
