Yum!! Traditional Chinese wheat gluten dish-“ Zai Lou Mei” super high in protein & flavorful- this set had 3 kinds of wheat gluten. 1. Char shiu ( redish color- denser slices+ sweeter) 2. Sweet and sour ( “fluffier+ tangy and sweet, very saucy) 3. Roasted duck ( red block, dense, sweet but very slightly tangy) Their “Zai Lou Mei” are less oily which is a lot healthier compared to other places. The portion is generous and could be eaten for 1-2 meals! (As a protein source, not as the full meal that is!)
