Very bubbly slightly sweet , slightly fruity water kefir. For me the fruit could be stronger because I don't taste it too much. They really nailed the bottling process with this water kefir because it's sooo fizzy which is unusual for fermented drinks sometimes in SE Asia....I have had more than my share of flat vinegary kombuchas! So it's very refreshing on a hot day like today, being 38 and all 🥵
