At this point I’m just grateful to see vegan cheesecake that’s not biscoff flavoured, haha. This tasted really beautiful, there was a subtle vanilla and white chocolate flavour and the caramel sauce was perfect, but I found the flan/cheesecake hybrid flavour not to be my favourite. Reviewing these again because they have the same name on the menu but are a super different dish! They used to be dumplings in a light broth topped with dill oil and now they’re sauce dumplings topped with gremolata and crispy capers. I loved the flavour combo, it tasted very freshly made and it was a nice size for a starter, but I preferred the version with soup! #veganrestaurant #dumplings #capers #starter

I rate the booze at Stereo, it's proper nice & doesn't taste watered down. I'm neutral on a regular cosmo but this one is spectacular- it was my first time having watermelon🍉 tequila & kumquat liqueur (where has that been all my life btw?!?!) One day I'll go into Glasgow at lunchtime and not end up eating at Stereo but idk when that will be. I've actually never had a rarebit before so this was my first and omg it's lush. I had this aggeees ago when this was on the lunch menu, I believe this now a main and comes with a Greek stew! Another beautiful flavoured dish from Stereo, the polenta is creamy and infused with nooch, lemon and shiitake, and the mushrooms are cooked on white wine and sage. Really wonderful combo. This was absolutely delicious, I hadn’t tried congee before, and the way this was flavoured was sublime - infused with ginger, garlic, kombu and shiitake.
