This was good, I liked it. The sauce wasn't my favourite, but it was a decent meal and satisfied a fast food craving. It's a bit expensive for the size, R103 via UberEats. I really enjoyed the chicken and mushroom sub! It's filled with vegan chicken strips, mushrooms, with a sweet chilli mayo and topped with vegan mozzarella.

I have confirmed with Panarottis, the garlic/herb flatbreads are vegan, although it doesn't have the vegan friendly sign on the menu. We always buy the flatbread for the kids or to have with pasta.

You can pick two halves, so I went with the Vegan Al Capone and the Vegan Sweet Chilli Chicken. I added the avo at home. It looks like they use Fry's chicken-style strips for both "meats", which doesn't bother me as I love Fry's strips. I didn't like the sauce on the Al Capone half, and the sweet chilli sauce on the other half was a bit too much. The cheese is very melrose-cheesy, sort of runny and weird-looking. But tasted nice. Don't think I'll order this again, though.

The vegan margherita at Panarottis is always a great option, you can eat it as is or add some toppings! I added mushrooms and pineapple. Yes I know most people will heavily debate on the no nos of having pineapple on a pizza, but pregnancy cravings are a real thing! 🤣 #veganisnotscary
