Similar to their make at home kits but better! The right amount of spice (that you can request to not have) and the right amount of delicious noodle goodness. The oyster mushroom and tofu mince is impeccable and the curly noodles are to dream for.

Amazing double friend karaage that we had to double take to ensure we were not being served chicken (as a compliment!) The mayo was not vegan but instead they offered us a sesame-soy dipping sauce but honestly the lime was enough for this delicious starter

This is a make at home kit so my presentation is lacking but I have eaten from Here many times in person and will do for their soft launch. I have never been able to find any ramen broth that manages to replicate tonkotsu broth so accurately. Only typing this makes my mouth water. A must visit spot for Cardiff as soon as they open.
