White Greek Pita

I love that it says #veganfriendly on the front ♡ I put mine in the oven at 350° for 5 minutes with some #veganbutter and coarse sea salt. It toasted nicely. #pita #greekfood

This is a wonderfully soft, pillowy pita clearly marked vegan on the packaging. It can be found at Costco so it comes in a 12 pack which is a nice respite from the usual four packs of specialty flat #bread I've been finding in other grocery stores. They toast up nicely in a couple minutes without losing their softness. They were wonderful for holding homemade seitan, homegrown san marzano tomatoes, spinach, feta and tzatziki. It made a nice light lunch that I'll keep craving. This is overall my favorite pita bread. It makes a good homemade (vegan) pizza and it’s good with hummus or guacamole. #veganisnotscary

I am pretty much liking this - I use this to make sandwiches - works - flavor is good - price was fair - will probably purchase again
