Finally made a trip to #traderjoes! These #pepperoni slices were pretty tasty. Had a light, soft texture but a bold spicy flavor. Didn't crisp up in the oven but had a good flavor when warm. A little pricey at $4.99 so not something I'd get all the time, but would be a great option when making pizza at home. One of the better #veganpepperoni I've tried. #fauxmeat #meatalternative

Pepperoni has never been my thing, but this is such a fun product to see! It's nice to make a classic pizza using it. It would also be great on sandwiches. I added these to a pizza with spinach and mushrooms. I put these pepperoni under the cheese, so they didn't crisp up any. If I use them again, I'd try them on top of the cheese. They're a bit soft and I think they could benefit from getting a bit toasted.
