Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

A baking staple! This is the cocoa powder we used to make our peppermint chocolate cookies. They ended up being so fudgy and perfect for a long winter. It can also be used alongside sugar in hot cocoa. This cocoa powder seems like a nice quality and is accessible at Target. Kind of interesting that one tablespoon has a gram of protein. Protein is everywhere! If anyone wants to start making smoothies I highly recommend a chocolaty one. I mixed this with Almond milk, ice, vanilla, and frozen Bananas. I couldn't follow the recipe because even when I did it was dark and icy still so I just kept the ingredient but did my own measurements to make a creamy consistency smoothie so no rules to this one!

Good snag I believe. We had vanilla icing and mixed cocoa and peanutbutter. It wasn't a complete success but we still loved everything else about it
