Plant Butter with Avocado Oil

Definitely this is one of my top 3 choices for plant-based butter. This tastes great, like the real deal without the cruelty. I don’t feel like the avocado oil makes a difference in the flavour, except for the benefits maybe? I found this larger size for a fair price… and I really can’t get enough of this butter! 💚

This butter spread is useful when a quick bit is needed to heat up a meal. I like to lather it on the sides of toast in the morning so that I can take my vitamins with the cushion of tasty carbs. #butteralternative

This is my fave stick butter for baking. I discovered this one when I was looking for ingredients to use to bake cookies for a colleague who has a nut allergy. It really works well in baking, and also has a pleasant buttery taste if you wish to use it on toast or in other applications. Unfortunately, like most, it contains palm oil. There is a statement regarding sustainable sourcing, but I understand many may still want to avoid it. I’ve been trying to slowly cut down my palm oil consumption but recognize this will be one of the harder areas to avoid. I recently used this butter for a boxed pffefernüsse mix. Unfortunately this mix is discontinued but I look forward to making my own.
