Organic mellow white Miso

This is such a great product!! I use it to add flavor to my vegan soups and cheezes🌈 A little goes a long way too which is great. I also appreciate that their packaging is certified plastic neutral!

This was my first time using miso and I'm glad that I can now make delicious miso broths on my own! This tub was way more expensive than I was expecting, but it was the only option at Whole Foods. I'm going to really have to really power through this before it goes bad. I'm also planning on trying a lobster mushroom mac and cheese recipe using it. #miso #soup #japanese
