I wanted to make breakfast tacos with corn tortillas (no oil) for my tofu scramble
but my teenagers must have eaten the last of them. 🤷🏻♀️Glad to have had some flour tortillas on hand...these are always soft and delicious. 🌱😊🌱

I usually get my tortillas from Trader Joe's or L’oven Fresh because they're at more
convenient stores for me. These are really a treat! They're so soft and easy to work with. I think the size is great - not too big but holds everything I need. I made some nice enchiladas with them, but I also love them for quesadillas.
