This is a good plant-based milk in terms of of taste, but not one of my favorites. The flavor is pretty delicate and works well for the breakfast cereal. I tried frothing it for a cappuccino but it didn’t turn out well, very little foam, so definitely wouldn’t suggest it for that. The milk is enriched with vitamin D, B12 and calcium but besides that has little nutritional content: no protein and very little calories. This plant-based milk substitute is great as a refreshing (and nutritious) drink during the summer. I would not recommend drinking it hot because I have noticed that the heat somehow changes its texture, nor would I recommend it for baking/cooking because it has a relatively strong flavor. In this case I would suggest an alternative with a more neutral flavor, such as soy or rice milk.
