Liquid Vegan Pizza Mozzarella

I hear there’s a new formula for this product which is supposed to be even better but my review is for my last remaining bottle of the older version. I bought this bottle almost a year ago and it’s been sitting in my freezer ever since, waiting for the perfect opportunity! I made 4 pizza doughs following this amazing recipe from The NY Times: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1017931-easy-pizza-dough?smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share I let the dough sit for about 2.5 hours. The results were incredible, with dough that was chewy, bubbly and very light and crispy. For the sauce I used my favorite can of Italian tomatoes and added some salt and oregano. The trick with this cheese is using it very lightly. I like to pour a tablespoon at a time and very lightly and evenly cover the pizza. If you add a lot you’ll end up with a thick sauce like result. But adding it on thin means it’ll brown and bubble and achieve a consistency that’s just as good as mozzarella. Give it a shot! Love Miyoko's Creamery! #mozzarella #pizza #miyokos

Miyoko's Creamery is a certainty always! Every time I come to Panama to visit my best friend, we eat plenty of this brand’s product. It was the first time I tried this one and it was really a good idea, you use it where you would have melted cheese, like on top of this #pizza marinara that we both. Made with #cashew and so full of taste!!

For Italians like me, mozzarella on pizza is an issue. I haven’t been satisfied with vegan mozzarella alternatives at all so far, but this one makes a decent alternative since it’s less oily than the other ones. I have been using it for all my vegan pizzas lately.

My new favorite mozzarella for pizza! I like how it’s not sticky and bakes beautifully. I had to try it after watching the new Netflix documentary, You are What You Eat.

Delicious, I'm ngl I use this in so many meals, probably more than I should lmao. It's easily become a regular purchase for me. Yes it's intended for pizzas and such but you can use it in other things that cheesy flavor would benefit. It is 100% deserving of the hype.
